We are the Kurashina family — based in Sapporo, Hokkaido. With three lively boys aged 8, 6, and 2, we understand the joys and challenges of family travel. Our life in Hokkaido is filled with seasonal beauty, local traditions, and warm community.

I’m Mami Kurashina. From age 19 to 24, I studied in Los Angeles and worked as a travel agency manager. After returning to Japan to raise my children, I wanted to share the Hokkaido I love with others. With my husband’s support, HOKU Concierge was born — a service that feels like having a friend in Japan.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

7 or more days before service start: Full refund (minus processing fees).
3–6 days before service start: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before service start: No refund available.
Custom plans involving third-party reservations (e.g. guides, accommodation) may have separate cancellation terms depending on the provider.

We are happy to discuss date changes whenever possible.
